Phases 2 and 3 Support

CSIP Support and implementation phase 2 & 3 activities are designed to help your company by implementing a robust and routine SC21 continuous improvement methodology.

Deployment of your CSIP (Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan) will improve your overall company performance for effectiveness, profitability and business growth.

Phase 2 activities tend to revolve around the implementation and use of data-driven management (A3 Reporting, benchmarking and scorecards). Other activities includeTeam leader / Management development programmes and/or the deployment of shop floor lean tools and techniques via a Lean Roadmap.

Phase 3 activities are generally focused on the deployment of specific projects which can take the form of Six Sigma and/or supply chain development programmes.
