Six Sigma Green Belt Training

Our Six Sigma Green Belt Program is designed to be delivered over five 2-day group training sessions, which will include assessed 'homework' in the form of Six Sigma toll gates which are aligned to your project.

This practical group training is organised on site at your venue, usually monthly to maximise the benifits and minimise and disruption to work activities.

All of the Six Sigma training is based on the principles of Accelereted Learning which involves using individual and group exercises to ensure that participants fully understand the tools and techniques and are able to use them immediatly.

Participants will be expected to run a Six Sigma Improvement Project in parallel to the program where the Six Sigma tools and techniques can be applied.
